西オーストラリア農業食糧林野大臣のご訪問/Visit to Western Australia Government
We were very honoured to be officially welcomed to Western Australia today! We were invited to the Parliament of Western Australia where Mr. Terry Redman, MLA, Minister for Agriculture and Food; Forestry; Housing hosted morning tea. Mr. Redman gave a very warm speech where he told us that the people of Fukushima, and across Tohoku, were very much on the minds of people across the world since the disasters. He told us to try to remain positive in these difficult times and to know that we have friends here in WA and across the globe. He urged us to make friendships during our visit that would last our lifetime.
Most of our sponsors were able to join us today at the welcome reception: Mate Rock; MLA; Denis Horgan, Leeuwin Estate; and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Perth. In addition, the Deputy Consul General for Perth and Akiko Stockman joined the event. Thanks everyone!
オーストラリア農業食糧林野大臣テリーレッドマンさんを表敬訪問しました。遠い日本から訪問した私たち大歓迎して頂きました。子供達は立派に親善大使の役割を果たしました。
